Layne-Western, a division of Layne Christensen Company, is
pleased to announce the recent purchase of certain assets of Meadow Equipment
Sales and Service, Inc., including key field equipment, selected inventory,
client lists, client files and records pertaining to projects, and a special
phone forwarding service to Layne when calling in to their main phone number
(630-231-6250). When calling this number, the caller will be given the option
to either go to the Meadow Well and Pump-Residential Well Division (this part
of their business stays intact as-is), or the Layne-Western main phone number
(630-897-6941), where our Administrative Assistant will put you in touch with
the appropriate Sales Engineer.
Layne-Western has been in business for
eighty (80) years in Northern Illinois performing work in all facets of the
water supply business. This type of work includes new well drilling; well
rehabilitation; new pump sales, service, and repairs; in addition to the sales
and maintenance of all types of water treatment equipment. We keep an extensive
inventory of new pump components at both of our Illinois offices as well as
maintaining our own machine shop facility in Aurora, Illinois.
